Elsa has messed up her nails after working in the garden. Take her to a nail salon so that her hands and nails can be treated. Use a hand mask to soften the skin, apply a cream and wait until it has been absorbed. Cut the broken nail ends, then use a nail file and apply a thin layer of varnish to the decorate them.
